If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, contact us at 530-923-2972 and ask for a Return Authorization Number. Ship items only via UPS and write down the RA number on shipping details on the box.
All returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase limited to the following conditions:
1. No RA number, No return.
2. Purchased items must be in original unopened sealed plastic bag.If this sealed bag is opened, we will not process your return. This guarantees that returned items are not tampered with.
3. Attach purchase receipt.
4. Bulk orders (5 gallons and up) are non-returnable when shipping box is opened.
5. Customer pays for all return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 5 business days from receipt of items. There will be a $10.00 processing fee deducted from amount of purchase. Credits will be to the form of payment used on purchase. Allow extra days for banking process when the credit will show in your bank statement. You will be duly advised via your email provided to us.
