The aluminum on the above fenders were polished with the metal wax set & 0000 grade steel wool. the fenders were first cleaned with the metal cleaner, then polished with the steel wool & metal wax. polishing time for each fender was 30 minutes. this was raw aluminum that had never been polished. Now the fenders are up to shine and can be maintained easily with the Quick Spray Shine for metal

notice the upper and lower aluminum trim.This was polished by hand using metalwax and cleaner.The stains you see on the left photo were after washing with heavy duty soap in the prep stage.You can make your stainless look just as good with metalwax.

Before and after photos of stainless steel cap on Elite trailer pictured above. This cap was badly stained from lots of road miles and bugs. Notice the upper and lower rails. These were cleaned with the fluoride metal cleaner only.(not polished) The stainless steel was cleaned then polished with the metalwax and finished with the quick spray shine.
On the photo on the left side you can see the condition of the white painted areas before the top wax was used. This up grade will last for several years even with a lot of use. You can have the same results on your trailer with the right products.

Side view of an Elite trailer. 2000 year model. The white sections were polished with top wax . The aluminum sides were cleaned with our fluoride cleaner (not polished). After cleaning with the fluoride cleaner let the trailer air dry in the shade. Not in the direct sun. You will avoid streaks and have a more even shine on the aluminum using this method
The running boards and fenders were polished with metalwax and finished with the Quick spray shine. This adds more glass effect to the shine. The same process was used on the front stainless cap (see photos below). The roof rails were cleaned not polished same with the lower rails and side wings.
Total product used on this trailer 1 gallon of HP fluoride cleaner. 32 oz of top wax polish and 2 bottles 16oz ea. of metalwax gel polish and 1 can of spray shine.
Total labor hours 17 hours/ 2 workers this includes a complete clean up and detail of the inside and tac rooms.
